Summary:
The customer service department plays the critical interface role between our dealer network and the KE USA Operations Group.
Their primary responsibility is to receive and process dealer orders assuring that a.
) information is correctly collected, b.
) inserted into the company's database system, c.
) current company pricing policies are followed and d.
) orders are confirmed with planned delivery dates.
The customer service department also reaches out to dealers to coordinate & confirm delivery information and remind dealers of payment policies.
Occasionally, they also collect dealer feedback regarding various product quality, installation and/or delivery problems.
Their experience and product knowledge can also assist the dealer with the choice of KE products to best satisfy their end customer needs.
Required
Experience:
- Customer Service experience (minimum 1-2 years) - Experience with Microsoft Office software, (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams).
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
1.
Receive dealer order forms and correctly input order information in the company database system following company policy.
2.
Finalize all information required to cleanly transfer new orders into production, concluding with a dealer order confirmation and delivery commitment.
3.
Conduct dealer sales follow-up activity, as needed.
4.
Update dealer profile information Company database system.
5.
Ability to work in a seasonally fast-paced environment with occasionally changing priorities.
7.
Coordinate information among internal departments (ie.
Accounting, production, shipping, engineering) and outside resources (ie.
shipping companies) to ensure that proper up to date delivery and product order information is communicated on time.
8.
Be a team member who is able to work in a group setting, and work towards daily or weekly goals.
9.
Perform other related duties, as requested.
10.
Availability to work overtime, as needed during peak production periods.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
